RariTEC” company organized an exhibition

On June 15, 2018, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has arrived with working visit in Kazan. The President’s visit program included a visit to the exhibition organized by the leading manufacturers of the Republic of Tatarstan in the state museum-reserve “Kazan Kremlin”.

“RariTEC” company organized an exhibition dedicated to the issues of integrated approach to introduction of natural gas into various spheres of life, within the framework of which equipment operating on compressed and liquefied natural gas, intended for urban and suburban road transportation, road construction and agricultural equipment was demonstrated (presented).

During the visit, the Head of State stressed that Kazakhstan and Tatarstan have close relations.

- The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most developed regions of Russia today. Previously, we attended the exhibition, where we had the opportunity to get acquainted with the whole line of machine-building industries of the Republic. We are very interested in this area of industry. “Naturally, we intend to buy products of Tatarstan production, as well as to create joint ventures, both in Tatarstan and in Kazakhstan,” - said Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Also, it was noted that Kazakhstan is an oil-producing country. Now it is important to raise the productivity of oil production. The price of oil is not stable, so it is necessary to process it. In this direction, Tatarstan achieved great successes, - said Nursultan Nazarbayev.

When looking over the exposition, the main steps for introduction of gas-engine equipment in the Republic of Kazakhstan were outlined; the regions for the pilot projects start were identified.

As a reminder, within EXPO 2017, “Global Gas Group” company provided gas engine fuel for passenger shuttles for the city guests for 3 months (compressed natural gas methane). The use of natural gas for transport provides up to 50% savings (in comparison with diesel fuel), meets the requirements of environmental standards Euro 5 and corresponds to the policy on energy efficiency and ecology adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It is important to note that “Lotos” bus operated natural gas, presented at the exhibition with the assistance of “Global Gas Group” company, is already being tested in Kokshetau as part of the passenger transport modernization. To implement the project of the transport companies’ fleet modernization and uninterrupted provision of environmentally friendly gas engine fuel (methane), “Global Gas Group” company, being the only supplier of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the capital and northern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the near future plans to build a gas station in the city.

“Global Gas Group” company plans to introduce LNG in the segment of agricultural machinery of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For example, the main consumer of motor fuel in agriculture of Tatarstan is the Tractor Park, with a share of diesel fuel consumption (about 60%), which has shown special interest in the first created tractor MTZ operated on liquefied natural gas. This joint development of “RariTEC” with “TPC MTZ-Tatarstan” will allow starting active implementation of natural gas in the agro-industrial complex.

The presence of a wide range of LNG equipment for various industry purposes and companies that develop production and sale of this fuel, confirms the advent of the era of widespread use of liquefied natural gas.

President of Kazakhstan sees great potential for development of trade and economic relations between Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tatarstan.
